Deep Sleep Noise is a noise generator and does not require an account or login. The app does not ask you to enter personal data to use the core features. The app may store basic settings locally on your device (for example selected noise mix, timer, volume, and favorites). The app displays ads using Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). AdMob may collect certain data to provide, measure, and secure ads. An internet connection is required to load ads and to use optional contact/feedback features.

A) Information processed by the app itself (on-device) The core functionality runs on your device to play and mix audio noise soundscapes (white, pink, brown, blue, violet, and grey noise) with controls like timer and favorites. The app may store local settings on your device, such as: • selected active noise mix • volume and UI preferences (light/dark, haptics, visualizer on/off) • timer preferences and saved favorites/mixes This local data stays on your device unless you delete the app or clear its storage. B) Information collected by AdMob (third-party) The app uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob (and its partners) may collect or receive information such as: • Advertising identifiers (for example IDFA on iOS, depending on your consent; or Android Advertising ID, depending on device settings) • IP address (may be used to infer coarse location like city/region) • Device information (model, OS version, language, network type) • Approximate location (derived from IP, not GPS) • Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, frequency capping) • Diagnostics (crash and performance signals related to ads) This data is processed under Google's own privacy policies and terms. C) Contact & feedback (optional) If you choose to contact us from the app (for example via a “Contact & feedback” option), we will process the information you submit (such as your message, and any contact details you include) only to respond and provide support.

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with: • Google (AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK) for advertising delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. If you contact us, your message may be processed by email or support tools used to handle your request.

The app uses: • Audio output to play noise through your device speakers/headphones. The app does not need microphone access for basic noise playback. Internet connection: • Required to load ads (AdMob) and to use optional contact/feedback features. • The core noise playback works offline, but ads will not load without internet.

Perceived sound quality and effect depend on your device hardware and system settings (speaker/headphones, DAC, volume limits, EQ, Bluetooth codecs, etc.). Some sounds may be louder, softer, or less pleasant on certain devices. The app is for personal wellness and comfort use. Many people use ambient noise to disconnect, relax, focus, or fall asleep, but individual results vary and are not guaranteed. The app is not a medical app/device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition.

The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will address it.

AdMob may process data on servers located outside Switzerland/EEA, depending on Google's infrastructure and ad partners.

• Local app settings remain on your device until you delete the app or clear storage. • Ad-related data is retained by Google/AdMob according to their retention policies. • Support messages (if any) are retained as needed to handle your request.

iOS: • You can control tracking permissions (ATT prompt) and ad personalization via iOS settings, where available. Android: • You can manage your Advertising ID and ad personalization via Android settings, where available. You can also uninstall the app to remove locally stored settings.

Where applicable, processing may rely on: • Consent (for personalized ads, depending on your consent flow and region) • Legitimate interests (non-personalized advertising, measurement, fraud prevention) • Contract/necessity to provide the app's functionality (local operation) • Consent/legitimate interests to respond to support requests (if you contact us)

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective date" will be updated. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

The App is a background-noise and ambient-sound mixer for iOS and Android. It lets you combine white, pink, brown, blue, violet, and grey noise, adjust volume, set a timer, and save favorite mixes. The App is provided free of charge and supported by ads.

The App depends on device hardware and settings. Output quality, loudness, and frequency response vary across devices, speakers, and headphones. The App is designed for personal use. Many people find ambient/background noise helpful to disconnect, sleep, relax, or concentrate, but results are subjective and not guaranteed. The App is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition. You are responsible for safe usage (including volume).

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Lobadina Labs (UID: CHE-400.1.612.224-8). The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to circumvent any security or access-control features

The App uses Google AdMob for advertising. An internet connection is required to load ads. If you are offline, ads may not be shown and related features may not work.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lobadina Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

The App uses Google AdMob. Your use of AdMob-served content is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Menziken AG, Switzerland.
