Write to support@lobadina.ch with your device model, operating system, app version and a description of the issue. Only include information needed to help you; avoid sensitive data.
Language, sound and vibration
Open the app’s Settings to choose the language and turn sound or vibration on or off.
Scrolling or sheets?
Scrolling lets you move through the bubble surface. Sheets present the bubbles as separate sheets. Choose the mode you prefer in the app.
What does Renew do?
Renew gives you fresh bubbles while keeping your accumulated statistics. It does not erase your activity history or preferences.
How do I delete my data?
On iOS, delete the app: offloading it keeps its documents and data. On Android, clear the app’s storage in system settings. This removes local preferences, bubble state and statistics. Manage device or cloud backups separately; restoring a backup may restore app data.
Advertising choices
On iOS and Android, Settings shows privacy options when required by Google UMP. You can revisit your choices there. Ad requests are made only when UMP allows them.

Data on your device
No account or login is required. Preferences, language, bubble state and statistics are stored locally to operate the game. Hourly activity history is kept for up to 90 days; totals and preferences remain until the data are deleted. We do not send these statistics to a Lobadina Labs server and provide no own cloud sync. Operating system backups are managed separately by you and your backup provider.
Permissions
The app does not request access to contacts, photos, microphone or precise location. Advertising providers may estimate general location from an IP address.
Ads on iOS and Android
Google AdMob and UMP provide a bottom native ad and occasional interstitial ads, with no rewarded ads. We request non-personalised ads; this does not mean no data collection. Depending on SDK configuration and permissions, Google may process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, crash logs and performance diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and service operation. Google and advertising partners involved in delivery may receive these data.
Choices and legal grounds
Ads are requested only when UMP permits them; required privacy options are available in Settings. Where consent is legally required, processing relies on that consent, which you can change or withdraw through those options without affecting previous lawful processing. Where applicable, providing the game and requested support relies on performance of a contract; service security and technical operation rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights.
Support email and website
We do not store game data on Lobadina Labs servers. If you email support, your address, message and attachments are processed only to handle your request. Authorised support personnel and email delivery and storage services may receive them. This website uses Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request times, URLs, browser/device information and technical logs to deliver and secure the website.
Retention and recipients
Local retention is described above. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable legal obligations. Google and Cloudflare determine retention for data they process according to their services and linked privacy policies. Deleting local app data does not delete records held by those providers.
International processing
Google and Cloudflare may process data internationally, including in the United States and outside Switzerland or your country. Their linked privacy policies explain processing locations and the legal mechanisms they use for international transfers. Contact us for information about processing related to your support request.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Contact support@lobadina.ch for requests concerning data we hold. Local game data are controlled on your device; use the deletion instructions above. For Google-held data, use Google’s privacy resources. You may complain to the Swiss FDPIC or your competent data protection authority.

Zenpop Pro is an entertainment app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and makes no medical or therapeutic promises.
Licence and appropriate use
On iOS, use of the app is subject to Apple’s standard end user licence agreement, linked below. Use the app lawfully and respect intellectual property rights. These terms supplement that licence without reducing mandatory consumer rights.
Purchases and availability
The app currently has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Features and availability may change through updates. There is no promise of uninterrupted availability or preservation of local data after deletion, device loss or backup restoration.
Consumer rights and contact
Nothing here excludes statutory warranties, mandatory consumer remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For support or questions about these terms, contact support@lobadina.ch. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
